About Greyline Instruments

Formed in 1986, Greyline manufactures flow and level instruments for applications in water and wastewater treatment and in heavy industry. Products include non-contacting ultrasonic (echo ranging) level instruments and Doppler flow meters. Greyline serves worldwide markets with nearly 80% of production exported to virtually every region in the world.

 

Greyline facilities include a comfortable, modern 10,000 ft2 manufacturing facility in a quiet rural, setting on Hwy 2 along the St. Lawrence River parklands.

The factory is 5 minutes from the nearby city of Cornwall, the international bridge to New York state and Hwy 401. Ottawa and Montreal are within a 1 hour drive.

Greyline develops and manufactures ultrasonic flow and level instruments used in environmental monitoring, water and wastewater treatment and in industry.

Research facilities include flow loops for calibration and testing, several software development systems, prototype-scale machine tools and a variety of test jigs.

Ongoing R&D projects include transducer design, microprocessor and PC software development, and electronic circuit design.
