Technical Service Coordinator/Product Support
Location:
Long Sault, Ontario Canada - a modern electronics manufacturing facility located adjacent to the St. Lawrence River parklands.
Responsibilities:
Product application support, troubleshooting, occasional field service/calibration, production database development, verify product manuals, participate in product development. Management of product repairs and service, repair documentation, calibration certificates.
Qualifications:
A mature individual with engineering experience - Technologist or Technician. Demonstrated troubleshooting ability, field experience with instrumentation, communication skills, inside sales or tech support skills
Education:
Technologist or Technician preferred.
Formed in 1986, Greyline manufactures flow and level instruments for applications in water and wastewater treatment and in heavy industry. Products include non-contacting ultrasonic (echo ranging) level instruments and Doppler flow meters. Greyline serves worldwide markets with nearly 80% of production exported to virtually every region in the world.
Greyline facilities include a comfortable, modern 10,000 ft2 manufacturing facility in a quiet, rural setting on Hwy 2 along the St. Lawrence River parklands. The factory is 5 minutes from the nearby city of Cornwall, the international bridge to New York state and Hwy 401.
